One to One Life Coaching
If your looking for a no nonsense coach that will push you out of your comfort zone and into your purpose then Tateisha is your woman.
Tateisha offer several packages for life coaching.
There is a free 20 minute consultation with each package.
This consultation consist of tateisha getting to know you and what your looking for in a life coach.
Tateisha will go over the different packages with you.
5 session life coaching package include
1. First initial session includes a vision board and goals written out
2. Weekly accountability calls
3. motivational texts once a week
4. Review of progress from the beginning to the end
5. Completion certification.
10 session life coaching package include
1. First initial session includes a vision board and goals written out
2. Weekly accountability calls
3. Motivational texts once a week
4. Option of in person sessions if within a certain mileage.
5. Homework that need to be completed by the next session to be reviewed.
6. Review of progress from the beginning to the end.
7. Completion certification
7A. Follow up call three months after coaching to review progress.
6 month life coaching package include

11. Help to locate resources in your state to help you accomplish your goals.
12. Free check ins once a month up to six months afterwards to track your progress.
Group Coaching
Tateisha offer group coaching for anyone that rather have a group experience. The groups will run for 5 weeks at a time and topics will vary. Some topics that the group will discuss is low self esteem, bullying, suicide prevention, self worth, empowerment, etc.
Corporate Training
Tateisha offers corporate training to organizations that service individuals with disabilities.
1. Tateisha has a bachelors in business management. She has a masters in Marriage and Family therapy.
2. Tateisha has 20 plus years in the human service field.
During that time she has went up the ladder from a direct care professional to management.
3. Tateisha has an extensive background in the human service field working in day programs, group homes, private hires and with a diverse population ranging from teenagers to the elderly population.
4. Tateisha has worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.
Tateisha is a certified trainer in dysphagia, water safety, fire safety, clinical abuse and neglect and American and disability act.
5. Tateisha corporate trainings include staff development, selfcare activities, team building activities, organization restructures, company retreats and etc.
Corporate trainings are based on what the organization wants to incorporate into their training.
